Second, insurance: there is an /insurance page and an /out-of-network-physician-nj/ page in the navigation, but neither was opened in this check, so we cannot tell you what they say — the second title does suggest out-of-network billing is at least discussed. Checked on 22 September 2026, we also could not establish what any service costs, which states the video visits cover, what the hormone replacement service actually includes, whether any prescriber besides Dr. Patel practises here, who the weight loss programme is for, or how it works week to week.
