The Hormone Precision figure is printed without a dollar sign while the other five carry one — a typo rather than a different currency, but that is how the page has it.
## How long am I committing for?
Longer than the monthly framing suggests. Exhibit Essentials and its telehealth version are described as three-month programs. Signature Weight Optimization, Hormone Precision and Transformation are six-month programs. Primary Plus is a twelve-month primary care membership. The page also carries a standalone line reading "NO ANNUAL COMMITMENT REQUIRED" above all of them, which sits awkwardly next to a twelve-month membership. Clarify that on the phone before you sign.
## What is actually included?
Each program carries an itemised "Includes:" list, and benefits are stated as intended for use over the program period rather than rolling on. Across the six, the listed inclusions cover wellness office visits, STYKU body composition analyses, vitamin injections or IV therapies, virtual wellness visits, telehealth sick visits, lab draws and lab reviews, an annual screening review, a Stelo continuous glucose monitor, and supplement credits of $250 and $500 attached to the larger programs. The programs are described as provider-guided, with the weight program aimed at body composition and metabolic health and the hormone program at hormone balance, energy and recovery.
## Who will I see, and when?
The team page lists eight people: Nicole Bauer, Melissa LaMarca, Gabrielle Smith, Kamie Young, Megan Piersanti, Brittany Selementi, Nicole Pantelleria and Jonathan Martinez Dalmasi. Only Megan Piersanti is tied on that page to the wellness side of the practice; the rest sit with the aesthetics side. The Denville office is open Monday to Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM every other Saturday. Sunday is closed.
## What isn't published?
No medication is named anywhere — not a GLP-1, not a peptide, not a hormone product — so you will not learn what you are being prescribed until you are in the room. There is no insurance statement at all, and no consultation or single-visit price. The telehealth program exists but no states are listed for it.
