Three clinicians are named on the team page: Dr. Frank Dos Santos DO, MPH; Tara Hibbett MPAS, PA-C; and Amanda Moustafa BSN, RN, CV-BC. Which of them prescribes is not stated — the contact page brands the practice under Dr. Dos Santos while the telehealth page describes the team as led by Tara Hibbett PA-C. Worth asking who you would actually be booked with.
## What does it cost?
Not published. We checked the longevity medicine page, the medical weight loss page, the contact page, and the team page on 22 September 2026 and found no programme price, no package price, and no consultation fee. There is a financing options page in the navigation, which we did not open, so payment plans may exist even though prices do not. Insurance is never mentioned on any page we opened.
## A few practical gaps
Hours are not on the contact page. A business hours page exists at /hours, also linked as /business-hours/, and we did not open it, so times are probably published somewhere on the site even though we cannot repeat them here.
Telehealth is unclear in an odd way: the /telehealth-medicine/ page contains no telehealth content, and a second entry at /telehealth/ was not opened. So whether remote visits are offered, and in which states, is unresolved.
The address is worth confirming before you drive. The pages state 2436 Lamington Rd, Suite 1, but the Google Maps link in the site footer points at 254 US-202, Bedminster. Those are different places.
How long the practice has been operating is not published anywhere we looked.
