What is Luxe Longevity Wellness?
Luxe Longevity Wellness is a medical spa at 7447 Egan Dr, Suite 201, in Savage, Minnesota. Google categorizes it as a medical spa and shows a rating of 5 from 15 reviews. Sherry Austin founded it, and the about material credits her with nearly two decades of experience caring for patients in the intensive care unit. It offers four services: supported GLP-1 weight loss, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, skin renewal, and a monthly injectables membership called The Tox Membership. It also offers personalized supplement recommendations.
The weight loss program names semaglutide and tirzepatide as medications it may use. The skin work uses fillers and neurotoxins, and the membership covers Botox and Daxxify. In its own words: "We take a conservative, artistic approach to treatment, ensuring enhancements are subtle and tailored to your individual needs."
No prescribing clinician is named. It shares its suite with Salus Wellness, The Chiro Edge and Luxology Wellness Spa, which it lists as co-located partners. Salus lists peptides and hormones among its own services.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included. No consultation fee is listed. The only prices shown are for The Tox Membership, at $99, $149 or $199 a month, and each tier banks a monthly credit. Members pay $12 per unit for Botox (regular $13) and $7.50 per unit for Daxxify (regular $8). The membership carries a 6-month minimum commitment. The top tier at $199 says the credit rolls over when no monthly appointments are booked.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance. It has a Payment Plans section, but no terms appear under it.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the prescription, and what license that person holds.
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication. The clinic names semaglutide and tirzepatide without saying whether they are brand-name or compounded, so ask which one you would receive.
Ask what the consultation, labs and follow-up visits cost, and how often follow-up is required. No hours are listed, and nothing says whether any part of the care can be done by telehealth, so ask both.
Ask how cancellation works during the 6-month minimum, whether a fee applies if you leave early, and what happens to unused credit.
If you are considering a treatment from one of the co-located businesses, ask whether it is billed through Luxe and which business you would be paying.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are mainly interested in skin treatments or the injectable membership and want a flat monthly structure. It is a weaker fit if you are coming for weight loss or hormone therapy and want the prescriber named and the prices in writing before you book.
