What is EverYouth?
EverYouth is a wellness clinic at 4444 W 76th St, Suite 100, in Edina, Minnesota. Its phone number is (952) 960-8999. Dr. Maria Starchook-Moore, MD, MPH, is the only prescriber named. The clinic puts weight loss and anti-aging at the center of its work and lists nine services: weight loss, anti-aging, infusion therapy, aesthetics, peptide therapy, nutrition, hormone optimization, metabolic endocrinology and ozone therapy.
Weight loss care comes from what the clinic calls a team of experts in obesity medicine and nutrition. Medication is one possible part of a plan. In its own words: "Depending on your specific needs and preferences, our plans may also incorporate FDA-approved medications and provide information about surgical options." The clinic does not name the medications it uses. Hormone care is offered as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy is a separate service.
The clinic also runs wellness programs lasting 3, 6 or 9 months, and membership bundles for men 35 plus, women 35 plus, teenage girls and young adult women, and couples preparing for conception. The bundles run 6 to 12 months and include blood work, a 60-minute initial consultation, two 30-minute follow-ups, email access to the provider, peptide optimization and a "Prescription med program as needed." Google lists the clinic as a wellness center with a rating of 5 from 25 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. The membership bundles show a price marked only with dollar signs and no figure. It also does not say whether medication is included in any program, whether it accepts insurance or HSA funds, whether telehealth is offered, or what a consultation costs. Cancellation terms are not stated. A free discovery call is offered, but nothing says what it covers. Ask for a written price list before you book anything.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes your prescriptions and whether Dr. Starchook-Moore sees you in person, by video or both. Ask whether a monthly or program fee covers medication, or whether medication is billed separately. Ask whether each medication is FDA-approved or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what blood work, follow-up visits and repeat labs cost on their own. Ask how a membership or program is cancelled, whether any money is refunded, and whether payment is due in advance. Ask for the office hours and how long the practice has operated, since neither is listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want care from a physician in Edina for weight loss, hormone care or anti-aging, and you can pay out of pocket for testing, visits and any medication. If you need a published price or a stated cancellation policy before you commit, call first, because neither is posted.
