It includes a lab evaluation, a body composition scan, a health coach consultation and quarterly hormone optimization lab work.

It does not publish a price for weight loss injections or hormone therapy, a consultation fee, or whether the monthly fee includes the medication. It also does not say how long a membership runs or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who will write your prescription and what their credentials are, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the monthly fee covers semaglutide or tirzepatide or whether the medication is billed separately, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation costs, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost beyond the membership. If you live outside Minnesota, ask whether visits can happen by video or only in person, and how the medication reaches you. Ask how long the commitment lasts, whether the $499 initial investment is refundable, and how you cancel.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay concierge practice for hormone therapy, weight loss injections or primary care, and you are ready to get written answers on price and cancellation before you pay. If you need a named prescriber or a published medication price before you commit, ask those questions first and wait for the answers.
