What is MD Age Management?
MD Age Management is a physician-directed aesthetic and anti-aging practice at 1345 Clay Street, Winter Park, FL 32789. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a rating of 5 from 85 reviews. Most of the menu is cosmetic, from injectables and facial rejuvenation to skin tightening and body contouring, but it also offers supervised weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, peptide therapy and anti-aging medicine. The office is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In its own words: "We proudly serve Winter Park, Orlando and surrounding areas."
Dr. Horton is the only prescriber named. He is a board certified specialist recognized by the American Board of Family Medicine, holds a medical degree from the University of Florida, and personally performs the injectable and facial treatments. The weight loss program lists injectable semaglutide, liraglutide and tirzepatide among its options. In its own words: "At MD Age Management, Dr Horton utilizes injectable anti-obesity agents to help you achieve a healthy weight."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. There is no consultation fee, no per-visit or monthly price for weight loss or hormone care, and no statement on whether medication is included. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, and it does not mention HSA use or financing. A Memberships section appears in the menu, but no membership fees or cancellation terms are listed.
Hormone care starts with bloodwork and follow-up testing, and the cost of those is not stated either. Ask for the full price list in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for the weight loss medication and whether follow-up visits are with Dr. Horton. Ask whether the injectable medications are brand-name or compounded. The practice says its bioidentical hormones and compounded medications come from Hoye's Pharmacy, which it describes as a PCAB approved compounding pharmacy, so ask which products you would receive. Ask whether a monthly fee includes the medication or whether it is billed separately.
Ask what the consultation, bloodwork, follow-up visits and pellet insertions cost, and how often each is needed. Ask what peptide therapy involves and what it costs, since it is listed without a description. Ask whether any visits are by video, and how a membership is cancelled.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and physician-supervised weight loss or hormone care in Winter Park from one practice, and you are comfortable getting prices in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing or want prices posted before you call.
