What is Palm Beach Weight Loss?
Palm Beach Weight Loss is a medical weight loss clinic and med spa in West Palm Beach, at 4047 Okeechobee Blvd, Suite 211. Weight loss medication is its main business. It also offers Botox, fillers and other aesthetic treatments, IV therapy, wellness injections, male and female hormone therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy including sermorelin, NAD+ injections, and primary care including ADD and ADHD treatment.
Its providers prescribe phentermine, Contrave, Qsymia, Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound and Foundayo, among others. Every program depends on medical approval after an evaluation. The first phentermine visit includes 30 days of medication, blood work and an EKG for new patients, a medical evaluation, a vitamin B12 injection, a nutrition review and a simple exercise plan. It names no individual prescriber, though it refers to its physicians. Follow-up visits can be done by telehealth, and Spanish is spoken. It is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed Sunday.
What does it cost?
It publishes its weight loss prices. The phentermine program is $180 a month for a new or follow-up appointment. Wegovy or Mounjaro is $75 to $125 a week in the office, which includes a week of injections, a monthly B12 injection and blood work. Take-home injections are $300 to $500 a month for one month of medication. Visits include the medication in the price unless you ask for it to go to an outside pharmacy. First-visit blood work is $30 if you don't use insurance. It states there are no subscriptions. General medicine and sick visits are $75 without insurance. It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptides or NAD+.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who will prescribe your medication and what their credentials are. Ask whether the Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound you'd receive is the brand name product or a compounded version, and what decides where you fall in the $75 to $125 weekly range or the $300 to $500 monthly range. Ask whether the price changes as your dose changes. Ask whether insurance can be used for any part of the visit or labs. For hormone or peptide therapy, ask for the price and what testing comes first.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want posted weight loss prices, medication included, and no subscription, in West Palm Beach. If you want a clinic that names its prescribers before you book, you'll need to ask.
