What is PRAMAH?
PRAMAH is a cash-pay practice at 3816 W Morrison Avenue, Tampa, FL 33629. It describes itself as a performance and regenerative medicine practice, and it offers all four of the usual cash-pay services: weight loss, hormone therapy, peptide therapy and anti-aging care. What does it cost?
The clinic advertises a consultation for $149. That is the only price it publishes. It does not publish prices for treatments, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price.
It says labs can often be run through insurance or offered at self-pay rates, but it gives no figure for them. It does not say whether insurance is accepted for visits or treatment. Membership terms, follow-up fees and cancellation policy are not stated either. If you call, ask for these numbers in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, and whether that physician is the one you will see for follow-up. Ask whether the $149 consultation is credited toward treatment or is a separate charge.
Ask whether the monthly fee, if there is one, includes the medication, and what the medication itself costs. For the weight loss drugs, ask whether semaglutide (Wegovy) is the brand-name product or a compounded version, and ask the same about tirzepatide and retatrutide. The answer changes what you are paying for.
For the peptides, ask what each one is, why it was chosen for you, and what the evidence is for that use. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how you cancel and whether any part of a prepaid plan is refunded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician consultation you can pay for in cash, either by video or in person, and you are willing to get prices and the prescriber's name in writing before committing. If you need the full price list before you pick up the phone, call first and ask for it.
