About Elite Aesthetics

What is Elite Aesthetics?

Elite Aesthetics is a medical spa with four locations along Florida's east coast, in Daytona Beach, Downtown Sanford, Flagler Beach, and St. Augustine. The St. Augustine office was formerly MarAvisa Wellness. Google lists the business as a medical spa and shows a 4.9 rating from 63 reviews. Most of what it offers is aesthetic: Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, dermal fillers, CoolPeel laser treatments, Ultherapy, facials, chemical peels, and teeth whitening. Its medical services sit under Health & Wellness: GLP-1 weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, lab panels, dermatology and skin health services, and an IV lounge.

Elite says GLP-1 weight loss is available at all four locations, with provider check-ins and nutrition and lifestyle coaching built in. Its hormone program uses bioidentical testosterone and estrogen, the two medications it names, delivered as pellets placed under the skin, as creams, or as sublingual options. Elite says it is a certified Biote provider. It does not name the person who prescribes, and it describes its team as licensed and certified professionals. In its own words: "Every treatment plan is personalized to your goals."

This listing is for its Sanford office at 107 N Oak Ave.

What does it cost?

Elite does not publish prices for GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy, or peptide therapy. It does not say whether medication is included in any program fee, whether insurance is accepted, or what a consultation costs. Its GLP-1 description says pricing is transparent before you begin, but no figures appear anywhere, so ask for a written quote before you book.

Its membership terms say a membership may be placed on hold or cancelled at any time, but adequate notice must be given before the next billing cycle. The terms do not say what a membership covers, or whether medical services are part of it.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription for GLP-1 and hormone therapy, and what license that person holds, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether a monthly fee includes the medication, and whether a GLP-1 drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask what lab work costs and how often follow-up labs are billed, since both programs tie dosing to lab work.

Ask whether pellet insertion is billed separately from creams or sublingual options. Ask whether check-ins can be done by telehealth, which Elite does not describe. Ask whether insurance or an HSA is accepted. For peptides, ask which ones are used and who decides. Finally, ask for the cancellation notice period in writing, and whether a hold stops billing.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a medical service such as hormone therapy or GLP-1 weight loss under one roof, and you are comfortable asking for prices and the prescriber's name before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need published fees or insurance billing before you commit.
