What is Radical Wellness?
Radical Wellness is a physician-led practice at 51 Dunlawton Ave in Port Orange, FL 32127. Its main work is medical weight management, hormone replacement, and peptide therapy, offered as a membership. It sorts its programs into men's therapy and women's therapy, and each covers all three services. It also lists a service called In-Store Machines but does not say what that involves.
The clinic names several medications: Ozempic, Semaglutide, Zepbound, Tirzepatide, GLP-1 medicines, Testosterone, Sermorelin, and Retatrutide. Visits can happen by video or phone, and it says medication ships in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking. Its peptide program ships to all 50 states. Google shows a 5 rating from 185 reviews. The clinic does not name the physician who prescribes, though it says every protocol is overseen by an MD. It is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, and it does not state a consultation fee. The one cost it describes is a membership. In its own words: "One flat monthly fee covers MD consultations and ongoing care." It says medication is supplied at cost, but it does not say whether that cost is part of the monthly fee or billed on top of it.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance or offers HSA or financing. It does say all supplies are included, so you would not need to source needles or swabs yourself. Get the full monthly figure, and what medication adds to it, in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician will prescribe for you and whether that person will be your ongoing doctor. Ask whether the monthly fee covers your medication, and whether any medication is billed separately or marked up. Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. The clinic does not say, so this is worth asking directly.
Ask what bloodwork, follow-up visits, and lab work cost, and whether those count toward the membership. Ask whether in-person visits are ever required, and what In-Store Machines means and whether it is included. Finally, ask how to cancel, whether there is a minimum term, and whether any fees apply when you leave.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-supervised membership care, can get the full monthly cost in writing before your first visit, and are comfortable with video or phone consultations. If you need insurance billing or a published price list, call (386) 251-2659 and ask those questions before you book.
