Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 1pm. It serves Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Davie, Hollywood and Cooper City.

It does not publish dollar prices. The consultation is free. In its own words: "Only pay when you start. All medications and doctor visits are included in the price of the service you choose." It offers a one month program and a three month program. Nothing is said about insurance.
