What is Youthful Balance Medical Center?
Youthful Balance Medical Center is a med spa and wellness practice at 10887 North Military Trail, Suite 7, in Palm Beach Gardens. Much of its menu is cosmetic: Botox, Juvederm, chemical peels, micro-needling, PRP and Kybella. It also offers bioidentical hormone replacement for men and women, a medically supervised weight loss program that lists semaglutide and tirzepatide, and a set of peptide therapies that includes MOTS-C, tesamorelin, tesofensine and 5-Amino-1MQ. NAD injections, sexual health treatments such as the O-Shot, and nutrient testing are offered too.
It does not name its doctors or nurse practitioners. The weight loss program starts with an initial consultation and includes regular monitoring, nutrition guidance and behavioral counseling. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm, and Saturday by appointment only.
What does it cost?
No prices are published for weight loss, hormones, peptides or anything else, and no consultation fee is listed. It does not say whether it takes insurance. Prescriptions are filled outside the office. In its own words: "Although patients may receive a prescription from Youthful Balance, they will be sent to a pharmacy to fill any such order." Ask whether the pharmacy bill is separate from what you pay the clinic, and roughly what it runs each month.

Ask who will prescribe your treatment, and for that person's name and credentials. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what the program costs each month, whether lab work or body composition testing is extra, and how often follow-up visits happen. For peptides, ask which ones are prescribed and what each one costs. Ask whether insurance covers any part of a visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you're near Palm Beach Gardens and want hormone, weight loss or peptide care at the same place you get cosmetic treatments. If you want to know who prescribes and what it costs before you go, expect to ask on the phone.
