What does it cost?
London Collective does not publish prices on its pages. Hormone therapy prices are in two downloadable PDFs, one for women and one for men. Its weight loss programs have no listed price. What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription. The clinic names only one prescriber, but its weight loss page refers to a provider without naming one, and its hormone care page mentions a medical director and outside gynecologists without naming either. Ask who the medical director is and who will review your labs.
In its own words: "Some medications, including appetite support medication, may be compounded and are not FDA-approved." So ask whether your medication is brand-name or compounded, which pharmacy fills it, and whether it is part of the monthly fee. Ask what monthly check-ins, body composition tracking and app access cost. Hormone care starts with blood work and PSA testing, so ask what those tests cost and whether follow-up labs are extra. Ask how to stop partway through a program, whether any fee applies, whether HSA or FSA cards are accepted, and what financing costs in total. Ask whether any insurance is billed at all.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone therapy or medical weight loss from a nurse practitioner, you are ready to pay cash or finance the cost, and you also want cosmetic work in the same office. It is a weaker match if you need a physician-led practice, or if you are looking for peptide therapy or longevity medicine, which the clinic does not list.
