Who signs the prescription, and will the same prescriber see you at follow-ups? Does a monthly weight loss fee include medication? If it does, is that medication brand-name or compounded, and which one would you receive? The clinic names tirzepatide but does not say which medication a given patient gets.
For peptide therapy, ask which peptides would be used for your goal and where the product comes from. The clinic's own peptide writing calls a product marketed "for research" or "not for human consumption" a red flag, so ask directly whether anything in your plan carries that label.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and which can be done by telehealth. The clinic offers remote appointments for select services, but says some evaluations, lab testing or treatments may need an in-office visit. Ask for its hours too, since none are listed. Finally, ask whether HSA or FSA cards are accepted, what the total monthly cost is with financing, and how to cancel a membership or a financing plan.
