What is The Best Program?

The Best Program is an anti-aging and longevity clinic in Fort Lauderdale, founded in 2001 by Don Fisher, D.O., who leads it. It also refers to a sister clinic in Miami and lists a West Palm Beach location, without giving street addresses for either.

Its medical services cover bioidentical hormones, peptide therapy and weight loss. The weight loss side uses GLP-1 injections (it names semaglutide and tirzepatide), hormone therapy and micronutrient testing. It also offers two injections it calls Mega Burn Injections and the Super Slim Shot, which are vitamin and lipotropic nutrient blends, separate from the GLP-1 medications. A weight loss plan starts with a consultation and is built from your health history, a lab review and your goals.

Beyond that it offers IV therapy, vitamin injections, PRP therapy, biohacking methods and an aesthetics bar. Two packages, the 954-Protocol and Sunshine Glow, are sold as a package or a monthly membership. The 954-Protocol includes monthly evaluations, IVs, peptides and wellness shots. Sunshine Glow is a skin package.

What does it cost?

It publishes two starting prices. A Longevity Screening is $99. It includes a blood panel covering metabolic, cholesterol, thyroid, inflammation and vitamin D markers plus a 15-minute physician consultation, and it's credited toward the full Blueprint within 30 days. The Longevity Blueprint is $399. It covers a panel of 40+ biomarkers, a provider consultation with a mini EKG, and a personalized peptide, IV and hormone plan, with discounted packages for the services that follow.

No prices are given for GLP-1 injections, hormone therapy, peptides or the memberships. It doesn't mention insurance or financing.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask what GLP-1 treatment costs each month, whether the medication is included, and whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded. Ask how hormone therapy and peptides are priced after the Blueprint, and how large the package discount is. Ask whether you'd see Dr. Fisher or another provider, and who signs the prescription. Ask what the memberships cost, whether they renew automatically and how to cancel. If you live closer to Miami or West Palm Beach, ask where those offices are and what's offered there.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a lab-based longevity workup followed by hormone, peptide or GLP-1 care from a Fort Lauderdale practice run by a D.O. since 2001, and you like knowing the entry price. It's less of a fit if you want a published price for weight loss medication before your first visit.
