What does it cost?
Semaglutide runs $299 for month one, $350 for months two and three, $450 for month four and $499 from month five on. Tirzepatide follows the same pattern at $399, $450, $550 and $599. Those prices include doctor visits and medication shipped to your home. Lab work is extra and can be billed to insurance or self paid. Phentermine is $175 for a 30 day program with the first consultation included, or $325 for 60 days, which adds eight weeks of B12 injections and unlimited follow ups.
Direct primary care starts with a $220 consultation and evaluation, then $100 per month for ongoing care. Testosterone therapy is $175 per month, including the consultation, treatment plan and home delivered medication, with lab work extra. The Peptide Wellness Membership is $49 per month. It covers an initial consultation, quarterly physician visits, quarterly labs and discounts on peptide orders, but not the peptide medication itself. Paying per visit, a new patient peptide consultation is $125. All services are cash pay. What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and what training each prescriber has. Ask whether the peptide medication is compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, so ask what that means for your plan. Ask for the price of each peptide or blend you are considering, because the membership does not cover the medication. For weight loss, ask whether the monthly price covers every visit and whether the month five price continues with no set end date. Ask how much bloodwork costs, which labs are used and whether your insurance will be billed. For any monthly plan, ask how to cancel, how much notice is required and whether you pay for the month you leave in.
