What is RAVE™️ Clinics?
RAVE™️ Clinics is a medical spa at 8155 Piney River Ave #230 in Littleton, CO 80125, near Sterling Ranch. It opened in 2024 and describes itself as a physician-owned and operated medical spa focused on longevity and aesthetic medicine. Its main business is aesthetic treatment, including neurotoxins, fillers, Morpheus8, laser hair removal and chemical peels, and the medical services sit alongside it.
Among the medical services, it offers medical weight loss with two named medications, Semiglutide and Tirzepatide. It also offers Bioidentical HRT, longevity blood testing, NAD+ infusions, IV fluid rehydration and glutathione treatments. It does not list peptide therapy. The office is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, and the phone number is 720-689-9744.
The clinic does not name the physician or other provider who writes prescriptions. On its hormone therapy page it says: "Our customized treatment plans, crafted by experienced healthcare providers, focus on your needs."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for medical weight loss or hormone therapy, and it does not state a consultation fee. It does not say whether the medication is included in a program fee, whether it accepts insurance, or whether telehealth is available.
The prices it does show are for memberships. The Refine membership is $100 per month for 10% off aesthetic services and products. The Refresh membership is $150 per month for 15% off, and the Restore membership is $200 per month for 20% off. The Concierge membership includes an executive physical with 80 plus biomarkers and priority access to its longevity experts, but no price is shown for it. It does not say how cancellation works for any membership.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask for the name and license of the provider who would prescribe Semiglutide, Tirzepatide or Bioidentical HRT, and ask whether that provider will see you in person.
Ask whether the monthly weight loss fee includes the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs each month. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what the first consultation costs, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost, including longevity blood testing. Ask whether any part of the care is covered by insurance, and whether it can be paid through an HSA or financing.
Ask how to cancel a membership or a weight loss program, and whether there is a fee or a minimum commitment. Ask whether follow-up visits can be done by telehealth.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and medical weight loss or hormone therapy in one Littleton office, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the full monthly cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If you need those answers before you visit, call 720-689-9744 first.
