Oasis Medical Group is a physician-led primary care and behavioral health practice at 906 Sycamore Ave, Suite 201, in Vista, California. The Enhanced membership is $399.99 a month, regular $599.99, and adds CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin. The initial medical consultation is $120. Primary care follow-ups are $99.99 each, and a telehealth consultation is $89.99 for 10 to 20 minutes.

Start with who signs the prescription. The pages name only Dr. Moasis, so ask whether he or another clinician on the team writes it, and who handles changes to the plan.
