## What does the clinic offer?

The weight-loss side covers weight loss, diet plans, supplements and vitamins, body sculpting and a quick care line, and names a long medication list: semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, metformin, phentermine, bupropion/naltrexone, HCG, MIC injections, and vitamin B-12, arginine HCL or carnitine-L and lipo plus injections.

The men's health side covers testosterone replacement therapy, human growth hormone, erectile dysfunction, muscle growth and performance, and peptides, naming testosterone cypionate, testosterone enanthate and GHRH. Women's health covers perimenopause and menopause, sexual dysfunction, PCOS, and adrenal and thyroid dysfunction.

## What does it cost?

Every figure below is a cell in a comparison table; the site never states a package price in a sentence.

Weight-loss memberships are published as monthly totals: Bronze $175, Gold $240, Platinum $250 to $450, and Optimal $350 to $650. Medication is priced separately in a dose grid: semaglutide at $275 low dose, $325 mid dose and $375 high dose, and tirzepatide at $450 low dose, $550 mid dose and $650 high dose. Two oral compounding figures appear, $200 and $265 a month, but the grid does not say which dose tier each belongs to.

Men's health memberships are sold by commitment length rather than by feature bundle: Silver at $250 a month for three months, Gold at $200 a month for six, and Optimal at $165 a month for twelve. Per-protocol monthly prices sit alongside them: testosterone cypionate $185, testosterone enanthate $250, testosterone plus HCG $390, HCG monotherapy $590 and GHRH $350. Note that the names Gold and Optimal appear on both pages at different prices, so quote the page as well as the tier when you call.

Published membership inclusions are a free body composition scale for home, a monthly medical consultation, a monthly nutritionist consultation, prescription through insurance coverage, free delivery of medication to your home, simple and complex compounding of oral medication, and a member discount on other products and services. The men's health membership is published as covering a medical examination, follow-up appointments, laboratory tests, testosterone injections, estrogen blockers where applicable, and necessary supplies. The site adds its own caveat: "Our prices and supplies are subject to change; please check with us for the most up-to-date information".

## Who provides care, and when is it open?

Three clinicians are named: Jenifer Sullivan, FNP-C, RNC-OB; Armen Okunyan, DNP, MSN, AANP, FNP-C; and Robert Orlando Flores, M.D. A trainer also appears on the about page but is not a prescriber.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Monday and Sunday.

## What we could not confirm

The commitment term contradicts itself: the men's health page calls the membership month-to-month while the table above it sells three, six and twelve month commitments. No cancellation or refund policy is published. No statement says who the programs are for, and no step-by-step process is published. Telehealth is not described and no states are named.
