## What does Ultimate Male offer?
Testosterone therapy is the anchor, and the TRT page names four routes: injectable testosterone, oral testosterone under the brand Kyzatrex, pellets through Pellecome, and HCG as Pregnyl. Medical weight loss for men names semaglutide and tirzepatide. The wider services page lists a program called Olympus Male, IV therapy, preventative blood testing, shockwave therapy, PRP injections, injectable pharmaceuticals and ED medications. On the aesthetic side there is hair restoration for men, VI Peel, wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, treatment for sun spots and melasma, and NEO Slim body sculpting.
## What does it cost?
No figure is published anywhere we looked, and we looked at the services page, the TRT page, the weight-loss injections page, the location page and the financing page. There is no monthly TRT rate, no GLP-1 price, no consultation fee and no membership figure. The financing page establishes only that CareCredit is available subject to credit approval and that you can pay in four interest-free installments.
Coverage is mixed rather than clean cash-pay. The banner claims FSA and HSA eligibility. The weight-loss page says that injections for weight loss "may not be covered by all insurance plans, but we'll review your coverage and discuss payment options during your visit." Nowhere does the site state whether insurance is accepted for testosterone therapy, so that remains open.
## Who works there, and when are they open?
Four people are named. Matthew A. Schafer is published with PA-C after his name, and David A. Nyberg with M.D. Sabrina Sher is listed as an aesthetic nurse and Paul Pham as an aesthetic and men's health nurse; both carry job titles only, with no letters, and are not described as prescribers. The team page also prints registry-style strings for the two prescribers, referencing the Medical Board of California, DEA and NPI. Those read as registration badges rather than board certifications, and we are not restating them as such.
The San Gabriel office is at 360 E Las Tunas Dr, Ste 204, San Gabriel, CA 91776, and the site says it also serves the communities of Glendale and Beverly Hills. Clinical hours are limited to three days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Phones stay open on Mondays and Wednesdays even when the office is closed. ## What could we not confirm?
No price, consultation fee or membership rate. No telehealth mention of any kind on any page we opened, and no states served. No published eligibility criteria for TRT or weight loss. No step-by-step description of a first visit. No commitment term, cancellation or refund policy. A partnered-pharmacies page was not opened and may name compounding pharmacies.
