Dr. Habib Dalhoumi, MD, founded the practice in 2011 and is the only prescriber named. What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. It also does not state a consultation fee, say whether any price includes medication, or say whether it accepts insurance. Ask for all of this in writing before you book. Ask for the total cost of the first few months, not only the first visit.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who writes the prescription. Dr. Habib Dalhoumi, MD, is the only prescriber named. The practice also describes registered dietitians and certified personal trainers on its team, but they do not prescribe. Ask whether Dr. Dalhoumi personally decides on and signs off on any GLP-1, hormone or testosterone prescription, and who you will see at follow-up visits.
Next, ask whether the GLP-1 medication you would receive is branded or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Since the practice offers both, ask whether the price changes between them.
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, the visits and the lab work. The practice mentions a thyroid panel, body composition analysis and hormone evaluation, so ask what each costs. Also ask what "Injections" covers on its service list, since the practice does not explain it.
Finally, ask how cancellation works and whether you owe anything if you stop partway through.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led visit for medical weight loss or hormone therapy, you are ready to pay cash, and you are comfortable with a practice where aesthetic treatments are the main business. It is a weaker fit if you are looking for peptide therapy or a longevity program, since neither is listed as a service, although longevity comes up in the founder's background. If you need to know up front whether insurance covers any of it, call first, because the practice does not say.
