## What does the clinic treat?
Hormone care is published as bio-identical hormone therapy, delivered as pellet therapy or as creams and patches, using estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. The weight-loss side names semaglutide, sold as Ozempic and Wegovy, and tirzepatide, sold as Mounjaro. These are named as branded products, and the site carries no compounding disclaimer. Two support pieces come with the weight-loss service: a body composition analysis and a seven-day high-protein, high-nutrient meal plan. A wider service list, covering hair loss treatments, EMSCULPT NEO, EMSELLA, IV nutrition therapy, frequency specific microcurrent and LDN therapy, appears only at the site root without a page we could attribute it to.
## What does it cost?
There is no figure for care on this site. We checked the home page, both service pages, the team page, the insurance page and the payment-plans page, and found no treatment price, no visit price, no consultation fee, no new-patient fee, no program fee and no membership. The payment-plans page carries financing terms rather than prices. It names CareCredit and Cherry, says qualifying patients can be approved for "up to $10,000.00", advertises "no hard credit check" and "zero percent financing options*", and prints the small print: "*0% promo APR is subject to approval. Regular APR 9.99% - 35.99%. A down payment may be required." None of that tells you what a visit or a month of medication costs. The $10,000 figure is a borrowing limit, not a cost of care.
## Which insurance is accepted?
The insurance page states that the practice accepts most major insurance plans. It shows carrier logos as images rather than as a text list, so we have not published a carrier list from it. If a specific plan matters to you, confirm it by phone before booking.
## Who works there, and when is it open?
Two clinicians are named: Kimberley I. Shine, MD, and Lauren Layson, PA-C. The site also describes a wider team of nurses, a lifestyle coach and a licensed acupuncturist, none of whom are named individually. Dr. Shine's published tenure figure, more than a decade as a family medicine doctor, describes her career before this practice rather than the age of the business, and the site gives no founding year. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed at weekends.
