Two packaged programs sit alongside those: Healthy Hormone Reset at $3,600, and Healthy Hormone + Weight Reset at $6,000 across six months. The second is unusual in a way that matters when you compare quotes: the cost of the GLP-1 weight loss medications is stated to be included in that program fee, where most programs bill the drug separately. It also includes weekly, in-office GLP-1 injections. The first step is a free discovery consult via phone or video. Separately, the pricing page refers to a "paid 30-minute personal consultation" at "a new prospect discounted rate" with no figure attached, and the site does not reconcile that with the free consult. No cancellation or refund policy is published.
## How does insurance fit in?
This is a hybrid practice, and it says so in several places. The Concierge Membership include-line reads "Unlimited visits (time billed to insurance)". The Healthy Hormone Reset description says medications come "via insurance or cash-pay". The billing page is entirely about an outside billing company that handles co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles through its own portal. On hormones, the practice's FAQ states that "Some parts of BHRT may be covered, but it depends on your plan and the specific medications", noting that compounded bioidentical hormones are usually not covered because they are not FDA-approved, while office visits and medically necessary labs may be covered per your benefits. In short, you pay a membership or program fee, and visit time may still run through your plan.
## What is treated, and with what?
Medical weight loss is the anchor service. The medications and peptides named for it are semaglutide, tirzepatide, AOD 9605, CJC-1295, tesamorelin and 5-Amino-1MQ. The hormone tracks are sold as packages rather than described drug by drug, and no specific hormone product is named.
## Who practises there, and what is unpublished?
One named prescriber: Neil Neimark, MD, listed as Founder and Medical Director. Five other staff appear by first name only with role labels, including a nurse practitioner, so no second prescriber can be named with a surname or credential letters. The about page describes serving "patients throughout Irvine and South California". Not published: office hours of any kind, a list of states for telehealth, the price of that paid 30-minute consultation, eligibility criteria for the programs, and any founding year or years-in-practice figure.
