## What is on the menu?
Two services have detailed pages: peptide therapy and weight loss. The peptides named are BPC-157, TB-500, epithalon, SS-31, PT-141 and CJC-1295. The weight-loss protocols are sold as named tiers rather than by drug, and the substances named are AOD-9604, tesamorelin, ipamorelin and an oral GLP-1. The membership page adds NAD+ therapy, IV therapy and vitamin injections, men's and women's hormone therapy, a hyperbaric chamber, an Ammortal chamber, Beyond Bloodwork, biometric testing, microneedling and PRP. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm Saturday, closed Sunday.
## How does the pricing work?
Bought singly, BPC-157 and TB-500 are $300 each, PT-141 is $200, epithalon is $500, Beyond Heal is $550 and SS-31 is $600. Buying more than one is discounted at $50 off any two and $100 off any three. On the weight-loss side, 2x Lean, published as a blend of tesamorelin and ipamorelin, is $300 a month; the Dual Regulator and the oral GLP-1 start at $300 a month; the Triple Regulator and AOD-9604 start at $400 a month. Blood work is required before any weight-loss protocol and costs $100, credited to your first month. The peptide page separately prices baseline foundational labs at $150, required for growth hormone secretagogues. Both lab figures are real and they apply to different things.
## What do the memberships actually buy?
Credits, not treatments. Maintain is $200 a month and buys $300 a month in service credits. Elevate is $500 a month and buys $750. Beyond is $1,200 a month and buys $1,800. Each tier includes a complimentary 30-minute consult. The terms are printed on the same page and they matter: memberships auto-renew, credits do not roll over month to month, and credits cannot be applied to other memberships. The minimum commitment is three months, then month to month. Cancelling after that needs seven days' notice, and if you cancel mid-month your access continues through the end of the billing period.
## Who would you see, and what is not published?
One clinician is named on the entire site: Dr. Gaurav Goswami, MD, DABRM, published as triple board certified in surgery, interventional radiology and regenerative medicine. His page is not in the main navigation and is easy to miss. No nurse, nurse practitioner or physician assistant is named; the weight-loss page refers only to a team member and a provider. Most peptides ship without an appointment, which gives part of this a mail-order shape worth understanding before you order. There is no insurance statement at all, not even a line saying insurance is not taken. No telehealth offering, no service area and no eligibility statement appears.
