## What is offered at the Burbank office?
The Burbank page covers primary care and family medicine for adults of all ages, internal medicine and chronic disease management, preventive care with annual physical examinations, chronic disease management including diabetes and hypertension, adult urgent care for non-emergency needs, on-site laboratory testing with rapid results, immunizations and vaccinations including flu shots and travel vaccines, EKG testing and cardiovascular assessments, and minor office procedures and wound care. The weight-loss service page adds a physician-supervised GLP-1 program, nutritional counseling and long-term management plans. Hormone replacement is published as testosterone and estrogen pellet therapy plus hormone optimization. One caution: peptide therapy is offered by this group, but the site says it is "Available at Glendale & La Cañada Flintridge locations only", so it does not belong to the Burbank address.
## What does it cost?
Nothing is priced. We looked at the Burbank location page, the weight-loss page, the hormone replacement page, the peptides page and the concierge medicine page, and found no program price, no pellet price, no membership fee and no consultation fee. Two pages make this worse than a simple absence. The concierge medicine page is a client-side rendered app that returns only "You need to enable JavaScript to run this app" to a fetcher, so its membership pricing is unknown rather than confirmed absent. The peptides page poses three useful questions as headings, asking how much peptide therapy costs, whether it is covered by insurance and whether virtual consultations are offered, and answers none of them in fetchable HTML.
## What medications are used?
None are named. The weight-loss page says only that the GLP-1 program is physician-supervised, and never writes semaglutide, tirzepatide or any brand name. The peptides page mentions semaglutide-based drugs only inside a general regulatory sentence about what is approved, not as something prescribed here, and it carries this published disclaimer: "Most peptide compounds used in wellness and longevity medicine, including those explored at Elevate Health Group, are not FDA-approved".
## Who works there, and when is it open?
The group's provider page names nineteen clinicians, a mix of MDs, DOs, FNP-Cs and a PA-C, among them Narbeh Tovmassian, MD, FACP, Garen Derhartunian, MD, FACP, Manvel Kondradzhyan, MD, FACP, Taleen Akopian, DO, and Leah Ghadimi, FNP-C. Burbank hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, closed at weekends. Two tenure strings conflict: the Burbank page says since 2015, while the provider page badge says ten years in practice. We have not tried to reconcile them.
