What is Benehealth?
Benehealth is a functional medicine and wellness practice in Surprise, Arizona, at 16952 W Bell Rd #304. It describes itself as a functional medicine partner focused on chronic disease and root-cause care, and its services run wider than weight loss alone: gut health, women's hormonal health including perimenopause and menopause, BHRT, thyroid and adrenal concerns, IV therapy, skin care, and a Healthy Weight Management program. The weight management program is built around Styku 3-D body imaging, nutrition and health coaching, and lab testing, with a stated structure of up to 3 Styku sessions, 6 nutrition or health coach sessions, and 2 follow-up visits with a medical provider over what it calls 12 intensive weeks. Visits are a mix of in-person and virtual, "a combination of in-person and virtual visits for personalized care." It does not name which medications, if any, are used for weight loss, and it does not name a prescriber.
What does it cost?
No prices are published for the Healthy Weight Management program, BHRT, or any other clinical service. There is a separate pricing page for aesthetic services, but no cash figures, membership terms, or consultation fee appear for the medical programs. Ask directly what the initial assessment costs, what is included in that fee (the physical exam, Styku imaging, and lab draws are all mentioned as part of the program), and what the optional add-ons such as continuous glucose monitoring, infrared sauna sessions, or IV therapy cost on top of the base program.
What should you ask before you book?
Benehealth does not name a prescriber anywhere in its materials, so ask who will actually see you and who signs off on any medication, lab order, or hormone prescription. Ask whether the 12-week weight management program includes any prescription medication or whether that is billed separately, since the program description covers coaching, imaging, and labs but does not say. Ask whether insurance is accepted for any part of care, since this is not stated, and ask what the "over 15 lab tests" included in the program actually test for and whether repeat labs cost extra. If you are interested in BHRT, ask whether that is compounded or FDA-approved hormone therapy, and how follow-up visits and dose adjustments are billed after the first visit.
In its own words: "Over 15 lab tests are included to identify obesity-related concerns for an all-encompassing health evaluation."
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a program built around testing, coaching, and in-person follow-up rather than a quick prescription-only telehealth visit, and you are comfortable asking for prices and prescriber details before you commit, since neither is published. It is less of a fit if you already know you want a specific GLP-1 medication and want the cost of that drug spelled out up front.
