What is Elevétion?
Elevétion describes itself as a concierge health company. It builds its services around biomarker testing and individualized protocols. Its eight services are Biology Optimization, Genomics, Cellular Health, Fitness + Nutrition, Epigenetics, Hormones, Microbiome and Peptide Therapy. Hormones and peptides are two parts of a larger membership, not the whole practice.
For hormones it names Kyzatrex ™ (oral) and injectable testosterone. Peptide therapy is described as clinician-guided, and the Pro plan includes peptide therapies "when appropriate." In its own words: "Individualized protocols via clinician review." It also offers partner scans, including full-body MRI screening from Ezra and coronary CT analysis from Cleerly, along with a Cancer Risk Assessment.
Google lists it as a health consultant, with a rating of 5 from 25 reviews. It does not publish a street address, hours, or the name of any prescriber, and it does not name the states it serves. The phone number is 385-284-0404.
What does it cost?
Plans are priced per month on a 12-month term. Foundations is $395 a month and includes quarterly 125+ biomarker panels and 4 one-hour bloodwork reviews. Pro is $595 a month with a $6,450 down payment. Elite is $875 a month with a $10,625 down payment. It does not say whether medication is included in any of these prices. It does not publish a consultation fee, an insurance policy, cancellation terms, or prices for its partner scans and Cancer Risk Assessment.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who prescribes. Since no prescriber is named, ask which licensed clinician reviews your labs and signs any prescription, and what that person's credentials are. Ask whether the monthly fee covers testosterone or peptides, or whether those are billed on top, and whether any medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether it bills insurance, what the consultation costs, and whether the down payments are refundable. Ask how cancellation works during the 12-month term, and what follow-up labs and scans cost. Ask whether visits can be done by telehealth, since it does not say whether they are offered. Ask where its office is, if it has one, and which states it serves. Finally, confirm the phone number, because one blog post gives 835-284-0404 instead of 385-284-0404.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a 12-month membership built around regular lab work and clinician review, and you are willing to get the prescriber, pricing and cancellation details in writing before you pay a down payment. If you need to know who prescribes before you commit, get those answers first.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
